By accessing and using Guess Who Maker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
All templates, images, text and other content posted, uploaded or displayed on the Service by users ("User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. Guess Who Maker does not create, endorse, examine or verify User Content. We act solely as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by uploading content you certify that you own the rights to it or have express written permission from the owner, and that your use of the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legal rights of any third party. By uploading content, you grant Guess Who Maker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display the content in connection with the Service.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately by sending a takedown notice to dmca@guesswhomaker.com.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or otherwise objectionable; that is pornographic or sexually explicit; or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Guess Who Maker, its operators, affiliates and service providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account.
Guess Who Maker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Playing Guess Who Maker is always free. We also offer optional paid plans (Plus and Pro) that expand your template limits. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your Profile or the Plans page. If your subscription ends, templates beyond the free plan's limits are archived, not deleted, and restored the moment you resubscribe.
